การใช้งานของเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ชนิดใช้ผงหมึก (Toner) นั้นจะประกอบไปด้วยตัวเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ และตัวบรรจุหมึกพิมพ์ (Toner Cartridge) ซึ่งจะแยกส่วนออกจากกันอย่างชัดเจน ถ้าเป็นการใช้งานอย่างปกติแล้วจะต้องเปิดฝาเครื่อง (Cover) แล้วใส่ตัวบรรจุหมึกพิมพ์ (Toner Cartridge) ลงไปในเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ จากนั้นจึงเปิดเครื่องพิมพ์งานตามปกติ ซึ่งจุดเด่นของเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์นี้สามารถพิมพ์งานได้สวย, คมชัด, สะดวกและรวดเร็วที่สำคัญยังสามารถทำงานได้เงียบกว่าเครื่องปริ้นเตอร์ชนิดอื่นๆ
หลังจากการใช้พิมพ์งานไปในหนึ่งรอบของการใช้งาน (Cycle) นั่นคือผงหมึก (Toner) จะถูกใช้งานจนหมด หรือพิมพ์งานแล้วจางลง เราสามารถถอดตัวบรรจุผงหมึก (Toner Cartridge) และนำมา Recycle ใหม่ได้อีก
- โดยการนำไปตรวจเช็คทำความสะอาดให้เรียบร้อยเหมือนใหม่
- แล้วทำการบรรจุ (Refill) ผงหมึก (Toner) ลงไปใน Toner Cartridge ให้ตรงกับรุ่นที่ใช้งาน และให้ครบจำนวนตามมาตรฐานของแต่ละรุ่นซึ่งเราสามารถนำไปใช้งานได้เหมือน Toner Cartridgeใหม่อีกครั้งหนึ่ง
Usage and Remanufacturing Process
The operation of toner-based printers involves two main components: the printer itself and the toner cartridge, which are clearly separate parts. Under normal usage, the user opens the printer cover and installs the toner cartridge into the printer, then proceeds to print as usual. One of the key advantages of this type of printer is its ability to deliver high-quality, sharp, and clear prints, along with fast and convenient operation. Moreover, it operates more quietly than many other types of printers.
After one full printing cycle, when the toner has been completely used or the print quality begins to fade, the toner cartridge can be removed and remanufactured for reuse.
The remanufacturing process typically involves:
- Inspecting and thoroughly cleaning the used toner cartridge to restore it to like-new condition.
- Refilling the toner with the appropriate type and quantity, matched precisely to the printer model.
Once refilled and reassembled, the remanufactured toner cartridge can function just like a brand-new one, providing a cost-effective and environmentally friendly alternative.
